A few years ago, I received The North Face’s Apex McKinley jacket as a gift. I wore it for years until the day it mysteriously vanished. Hard to say where I lost the Apex McKinley. But I’ve missed that hardworking piece of outerwear ever since. Like most pieces of favorite gear, the Apex McKinley proved difficult to replace.
